Healthy Eating New Years Resolution Help

I hope you’re off to good start to 2012! I just checked online and found that three of the top six new year’s resolutions year after year are eating better, losing weight and getting more fit. Great! 

Let’s start with eating. There’s a good chance that salads full of fresh ingredients come to mind when you think of eating a more healthy diet. Terrific! But what about the dressing that goes on top?

A lot of the commercial dressings are either high in fat, salt or sugar or a combination of those three primary flavor enhancers...and also can contain quite a few chemical ingredients with names much longer and harder to pronounce than oil, vinegar or mustard. So, how about making your own dressing that as fully flavorful on just about any salad you can imagine as it is easy to put together because it requires only 6 ingredients, 2 pieces of equipment and involves no cutting or chopping.
